Full-Fare Advertising Rule Now In Effect
Last January 26, the U.S. Department of Transportation has enacted the Full-Fare Advertising Rule that now requires travel websites to publish full-fare pricing that includes fuel surcharges, taxes and mandatory fees. This means that what customers see as the advertised price is the actual price that they must pay. However, fees for carry-on or checked baggage, entrance, and visa fees are not covered. The rule applies to all forms of advertisements: print ads, radio ads, webcasts, and online ads.
Transparency has long been a practice at Mango Tours. Even before the implementation of the said rule, we have been making it a point in putting up the actual prices of fares to our customers. As a name you can trust in travel, it is our guarantee to deliver our services with utmost honesty and clarity.
